Exhibitor Badges: Exhibitor badges are required to enter the show floor. During Show hours, each badge allows only 1 person to enter the show each day. Please pick up your badge(s) at the Registration Desk before you set-up. Exhibitors will receive the following with their contracted exhibit space:
Event Passes: Event Passes are valid during PUBLIC HOURS ONLY. Cost is $5 each. Will Call: Will Call will be open a half hour prior to public show hours and remain open until one hour before the show closes each day. During move-in, the Registration Desk will assist you in obtaining Event Passes for Will Call. Please place badges or Event Passes in a sealed envelope with the GUEST'S NAME written legibly on the outside. Animal Policy: For public safety Pets WILL NOT be allowed at any show! Dogs necessary to assist disabled persons are permitted. Dog Kennel Exhibitors- All animals must be confined to the exhibit space, and when possible, kept in portable kennels and pens. During transit, animals must be on a leash, tether or rein. As the exhibitor, you assume full responsibility for the animals and must carry adequate liability insurance. Alcohol Policy: Alcohol distribution to the public and consumption of alcohol by exhibitors is prohibited. Anyone that shows signs of intoxication will be removed from the grounds. Early Teardown Prohibited: DO NOT REMOVE OR DISMANTLE YOUR DISPLAY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES until the doors are closed to the public. All Exhibitors have committed to all show hours in writing and these hours have been advertised to the public. Exhibitors who do not staff exhibit space during all show hours jeopardize participation in future ISE shows. Laws and Regulations: As an Exhibitor, you shall comply with all federal, state, municipal laws and administrative rules. Including, but not limited to, those relating to license and permits, property protected by copyright, work hours, work conditions, safety standards, payment of wages, income taxes, unemployment, FICA withholdings, and worker's compensation coverage. Furthermore, the specific terms, conditions and regulation for participation in ISE's shows are printed on the 2005 Application/Contract, which you have signed. Electrical Service: ISE will provide one 500-watt outlet for each numbered booth space or Special Booth (SB). Electrical services are NOT provided for lettered Bulk Areas. Exhibitors requiring additional power or special hook-up services can place orders using the electrical service forms included in the Service Contractor's Packet. No voice-amplification devices are permitted. |
