Registration & Set-up:Directions to Registration Desk - Turn right on McKinley Ave., left at Gate #1B, stop at security gate drive through to Building 4. Registration is located inside Bldg. #4 entrance.Exhibitor Badges - Badges are required before set-up and need to be picked up at registration. Unloading - Unload at the dock closest to your exhibit space. Booth Exhibitor vehicles are allowed in the building. Carts and Forklift Services can be ordered in advance or at the Decorator Service Counter. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OFF THE SHOW GROUNDS by 11:00 a.m. Friday, to open the show. Late arrival - Exhibitors arriving after the show opens will not be permitted to set up; your space is forfeited. Exhibitor Parking:On-site Parking and Trailer Parking - Discounted passes- $20/space (rate subject to change) event parking passes may be purchased at Exhibitor Registration during set-up hours only. Exhibitors will park in the main lot. Follow White Ave. to Gate #14. Tram services are provided throughout all Exhibitor hours.Sales Tax: 8.25% (tax rate subject to change) Permits Required:Food - Permit and Certificate of Insurance REQUIRED for ALL food distribution; including candy and water. Please call Sabrina @ ISE (360)693-3700 X203 for the application and instructions.Sellers Permit - ALL exhibitors are required to register for sales tax; fill out a BOE-410-D. Tear Down Instructions:Early tear down is NOT permitted!5:15pm line up in the Lot #1B/NHRA Museum parking lot. Exhibitor vehicles are to enter Lot #1B and line up in the NHRA Museum lot as directed. Exhibitor vehicles may access the grounds as soon as the public is clear from the grounds. |
