General Show Information, Rules, and Regulations

ISE has carefully developed certain rules and regulations to make the show more enjoyable for both the public and exhibitors.  We ask that you help us make ISE a truly World Class Event by abiding by these rules and regulations.  Please review the entire Exhibitor Guide. It contains valuable information which will save you time and money. As guests in the facility and the local town, we must abide by all regulations of a public facility which are designed primarily to ensure public safety. By signing our exhibitor space contract, you agree to abide by all the local regulations, and are subject to local authority enforcement of public safety regulations.

If you have any questions or concerns while you are on the facility property, please contact the ISE Registration/Information Desk and ask for help.  It is our pleasure to help you in any way that we can.

Exhibit Space

Required – The Exhibit of one Exhibitor is not allowed to impede business activity of another; i.e. – space, noise, odors, etc. For booth set-up regulations, refer to page 1.  Exhibit signs are not to exceed 8 feet off the floor.

Credentials

Required - Before setting up, check in at registration for your credentials and for important information regarding show regulations.

Exhibitor Badges

  • Badges are required for Exhibitors to enter the show floor. 
  • During show hours, each badge allows only 1 person to enter the show each day.
  • Exhibitors will receive the following with their contracted exhibit space
    • Booth exhibitors: 4 badges
    • Bulk exhibitors: 4 badges up to 500sq. ft. If space is over 500sq. ft.: 6 badges.
  • Additional Badges: may be purchased at Registration. $25 each
  • Event Passes: One-Day Passes are valid during PUBLIC HOURS ONLY. $7 each

Will Call

  • Registration Desk will assist you in obtaining Event Passes for Will Call.
  • Envelopes will be provided.
  • The GUEST’S NAME and YOUR COMPANY NAME must be clearly printed on the envelope.

Security

Defined Exhibitor hours are for the protection of all exhibits.  Adequate security staff has been scheduled during the hours that the building can be accessed.  Please observe these hours.  Please respect other exhibitors’ property by staying out of any and all exhibit areas other than your own.

Security Staff

The Security staff retained by ISE are charged with the responsibility of protecting your property and making certain show rules are enforced.  We appreciate your cooperation and request that you follow their instructions.

Child Safety

We request that children under the age of 15 not be on the show floor during set up or take down hours for their safety.

Animal Policy

Most Public facilities do not allow pets.  (This is a public health safety rule.)
Dogs necessary to assist disabled persons are permitted.

Dog Kennel Exhibitors

  • All animals must be confined to the exhibit space, and when possible, kept in portable kennels and pens.  During transit, animals must be on a leash, tether or rein. 
  • Certificate of insurance naming ISE as additionally insured is required.

Food & Beverage Etiquette

We discourage eating and drinking in the booth during show hours.  Alcohol distribution to the public and consumption of alcohol at exhibits is prohibited.

No Voice-amplification devices are permitted.

Parking Etiquette

We request that you and your helpers park in the designated areas for exhibitors and NOT use the prime public spaces reserved for your customers.

All Exhibits Must Be Open During Show Hours

It is require that you make certain your exhibit is staffed during all hours the show is open to the public. If, for any reason, you must leave your booth unattended during show hours for more than a few minutes, please notify the Registration/Information Desk.

Electrical Service

ISE provides one 500-watt outlet for each 10’X10’ booth space. 
ISE does not provide power with bulk exhibit space. 
Additional power may be ordered through the Electrical Services Contractor.

Laws and Regulations

As an Exhibitor, you shall comply with all federal, state, municipal laws and administrative rules, including but not limited to: those relating to license and permits, property protected by copyright, work hours, work conditions, safety standards, payment of wages, income taxes, unemployment, FICA withholdings, and worker’s compensation coverage.

Terms & Conditions

All Exhibitors are responsible to uphold the terms and conditions of the Exhibit Space Application/Contract signed by a Representative of each Company.  You can find these terms on the next page of this booklet.
