2013 ATV and A-TV Sweepstakes rules.

Rules

No purchase or sales presentation necessary to enter sweepstakes or redeem prize. Contest ends 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time, Sunday February 24, 2013.

Contest is open to all residents of Arizona, who are 21 years of age and over. One entry per family. Void where prohibited by law. Winner will be chosen by random drawing, or other means, as determined by the Major Prize Coordinator, in association with the promoting sponsor, at a location of International Sportsmen's Exposition choosing on or about March 1, 2013.

Employees of International Sportsmen's Expositions, its sponsors, exhibitors, RideNow Powersports, KDKB-FM, Sandusky Radio, and other television, radio or print media in the Phoenix, AZ market, and their affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to claim prize.

A prizewinner list may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ISE 2013 Winner List, P.O. Box 2569, Vancouver, WA 98668-2569.

• One Grandprize winner will receive: a 2013 Polaris Sportsman Touring 500 all terrain vehicle, approx retail value: $6,199 and flat panel TV, 42" class, approx. retail value: $500.00. Winner of this prize is responsible for taxes, documentation, licenses, freight and setup charges.
• (5) Second Place winners will receive a $100 RideNow Powersports gift card.

How to Enter: Qualified entrants may enter in person at participating Arizona RideNow locations from the start of the promotion through Wednesday, February 20, 2013. Entries are also accepted online at www.kdkb.com, and at entry kiosks available during ISE Phoenix through 5:00 p.m. Sunday, February 24, 2013.

Winner will take possession of ATV at a RideNow Powersports location. Pickup location of television will be announced.

Any prize that is awarded in the form of a gift certificate may have an expiration date and use of such certificate may be based on availability and include black-out periods, restrictions or excluded items (for example, tax, tips, alcoholic beverage, or goods from a particular manufacturer). Gift certificates are only redeemable at the locations for which they are specified.

Any prize involving travel (overnight accommodations, flight, motor coach, and/or rail etc.) is based on availability and subject to additional restrictions including blackouts, peak period restrictions and expiration dates imposed by ISE, sponsors and/or agents participating in the contest. These restrictions are not subject to negotiation. In addition, such winners/guests are solely responsible for obtaining any international travel documents, visas or passports required. Reservations are non-transferable and once booked and confirmed may not be re-scheduled.

Winners are responsible for paying all applicable local, county, state and federal taxes and dealer fees on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prize, as set forth in the contest rules, and will be issued an IRS 1099 form for all prizes won from ISE where the aggregate value of all prizes is $600 or more.

Winner will be notified by phone, e-mail and/or certified mail. Prize must be claimed within 15 days of notification, unless notification confirms a specified date. In the event of noncompliance, alternative winner may be selected. Prizewinner will assume responsibility for all taxes, licenses and fees if applicable. Sponsor(s) of this package are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from the acceptance or use of prize and participation in this promotion. Entrants may be contacted by phone, mail or e-mail for purposes of promoting various products and/or services. Winner must sign approved waiver forms prior to claiming prize. Neither the sponsor nor any of its agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries. Use of this form or information without prior written consent by International Sportsmen's Expositions constitutes illegal use. Winner agrees to release and hold harmless the sponsors from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, and causes of action arising out of or in any way connected to the contest and prize(s).  Winners and contestants hereby grant contest sponsors, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, successors, assigns, and advertisers the right, without limitations as to time, to use your name, character likeness, photograph, voice, and/or title for any and all advertising purposes, and hereby release and discharge KDKB-FM and their sponsors, from any claim now existing or which may hereafter arise from the use of your name, character likeness, photograph, voice, and/or title for such advertising purposes The sponsors of this promotion are: International Sportsmen’s Expositions, RideNow Powersports, and KDKB-FM and Sandusky Radio.

Contest prizes are not transferable.  Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. ISE reserves the right to: (i) terminate or declare any Contest null and void and rescind any prize, if in its sole judgment, the rules or the integrity of the Contest have been violated or compromised in any way, intentionally or unintentionally by any person whether or not a participant in the Contest; (ii) alter or amend these Contest rules at any time; and (iii) stop or conclude the Contest at any time without prior notice. ISE reserves the right to substitute prize for another of comparable value.

ISE management shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to the contest and in the interpretation of contest rules. Their decisions shall be final. Entry into the contests constitutes agreement by contestants to abide by these rules, as well as any other rules established by ISE.
