Leading Ladies

Your hosts

Jackie Gross Guccini organized the Expo’s new TAKE IT ON booth, where ladies can meet other women in the outdoors to chat as if around the campfire about how they might explore hunting, fishing, fitness and other outdoor activities. Jackie has a full-time job, a family and new son and finds time to own and operate Bowkrazy, and Hunt Like a Mom. Jackie won the Extreme Huntress contest and is affiliated with Alps Outdoorz, Crooked Horn, Alpine Innovations, Archery Bum, and iHuntFit.

Melanie Peterson: Owner of Timberline Lodge and Outfitters, Melanie is a professional hunting guide and outfitter in Wyoming. Her passions include hunting trophy mule deer and introducing women and children to the outdoors, hunting and shooting sports. She is a finalist in the 2017 Extreme Huntress contest (winner announced right before the Expo).

Sereena Thompson is dedicated to uplifting and helping other ladies get into hunting. She co-founded Nature's Paint, and serves as pro staff for Girls With Guns Clothing, Mossy Oak, Hips Archery Targets and Elevation Fitness Athlete. Wife and mother, Sereena is a board member for the Oregon Outdoor Council, and an instructor for Northwest Ladies Hunting Camp, Hunter's Education, and the National Rifle Association. She is a finalist in the 2017 Extreme Huntress contest (winner announced right before the Expo).

Sadie Jo Accashian, an avid traditional bowhunter, was brought up into a world of longbows and hound dogs. A Cabela’s Pro Staff, Sadie is most passionate about the chase, not the harvest.
