Tom Reilly has been fishing since he was young and learned about kayaking in college. He has been an American Canoe Association Coastal instructor since 2001 and is a licensed fishing guide in California. He  owns Prokayakfishing and Central Coast Kayaks in Shell Beach, CA, and loves teaching new anglers how to kayak and catch fish.
