2025 Awards Ceremony

Since 2002 the California Outdoors Hall of Fame has recognized California’s greatest outdoorsmen and outdoorswomen. These are people who have dedicated themselves to advancing the understanding of, appreciation for, and conservation of California’s great outdoors.

Outdoors Hall of Fame inductees have demonstrated an exceptional breadth of skills and commitment to the outdoors and have touched many thousands, if not millions, through their passion for the outdoors and outdoor recreation.

The first inductions include Edward A. Rice, who founded International Sportsmen's Expositions, still the location for the awards ceremony.
