Brian Phillips is currently the Statewide Boating Safety & Enforcement Coordinator and Flatwater Investigator for Colorado Parks and Wildlife.  Brian has been with CPW since 2014, most recently as a Parks Officer at Barr Lake State Park.  He's an avid angler and paddler, with most of his experiences from the lakes and rivers of the Midwest.
