Euro-Nymphing Strategies (theater); Fly Casting Made Easy (pond)

Lance Egan has had a passion for fly fishing for more than 25 years.  He is a three-time World Fly Fishing Championship Medalist, three-time National Fly Fishing Champion, two-time ESPN Great Outdoor Games Fly Fishing Champion, Fly Fishing Masters Champion, Teva Mountain Games Fly Fishing Champion, three-time Utah Single Fly Champion, and  member of Fly Fishing Team USA.

With fly fishing experience across North America, Europe and New Zealand, Lance has had the opportunity to hone his fly-fishing skills and joins ISE to share his casting and fishing techniques.

Lance is the Shop Manager for Fly Fish Food, a pro staff member of Scientific Anglers, Tacky Fly Fishing, and Fly Rod Chronicles TV, as well as an Umpqua Feather Merchants Signature Fly Designer.

After more than 15 years competing with Fly Fishing Team USA, Lance has honed his nymphing skills.  Learn to catch more fish, with consistency, by understanding the principles of success.  Join Lance in the Adventure Theater as he shares his knowledge and experience on this modern nymphing technique.     

 Lance will  also present casting demos at the pond.  Whether you’re new to fly casting, or an experienced fly fisher, Lance will break down the cast, explain it in simple terms, and help you better understand the concepts and motions that make fly casting easy.
