Mistakes We've Made in the Outdoors—and How You Can Avoid Them!

Perry Boydstun (photo, left) has served as Colorado's Search and Rescue Program Manager since 2018. Raised in Colorado Springs, his passion for the outdoors began at an early age (climbing, hiking, backpacking, and more) and has continued into adulthood.

Sean McCoy (photo, right) is the Editorial Director of GearJunkie and more than five other All Gear websites. He has been writing about hunting, fishing, trail running, camping, skiing, and more for 15+ years. Based in Denver, McCoy is an avid trail runner, camper, hunter, angler, mountain biker, skier, and beer tester.
