Perry Boydstun (photo, left) has served as Colorado's Search and Rescue Program Manager since 2018. Raised in Colorado Springs, his passion for the outdoors began at an early age (climbing, hiking, backpacking, and more) and has continued into adulthood.

He has been writing about hunting, fishing, trail running, camping, skiing, and more for 15+ years.
